Excellent quick responses and efficient solutions everytime.
The UPS eCommerce team has been incredibly helpful and fast in replying to our inquiries. We asked for a certain function in our dashboard allowing us to create multiple rules for a more automated workflow. Ruben and his team produced results the very next day.
The app is very straight forward, easy to link your accounts and Ruben provides quick support when needed!

thank you for using the App. The UPS Dashboard app does not support displaying rates in the Checkout. The Dashboard works in a way that it synchronizes your orders from your Shopify store to the Dashboard. On the Dashboard you can in bulk create labels, return labels, use paperless invoice, schedule pickups and many more features.
We provide another App for displaying UPS Checkout Rates in Shopify. In order to use this you have to have a Shopify Plus, Advanced or Growth plan.

We have been using the UPS Shipping Dashboard for a little over 2 years now and have had ZERO issues when it comes to managing and creating labels for our shipments. The automatic shipping details make every order quick and concise, alongside the automatic fulfillment.
Any questions we did have for customer service were answered promptly, and with clear, easy-to-follow directions. I would highly suggest to use the app for any and all UPS shipments through Shopify!
It's ok but could and should be a lot better if it's the official UPS app.
It's not particularly user friendly, the text is pale grey against a white background which makes it difficult to use. It has limited features, for example you can't do a split shipment, and there's no address validation etc. We use it occasionally but it's not that good if you have a lot of orders to ship so we mostly use another third party shipping app linked to our UPS account. Hoping it improves in time
I want to use this app, but it ALWAYS incorrectly rates our shipping costs even as we've tried multiple times to synch it to our UPS account. We've become accustomed to this. However, the app often loses synchronization with Shopify and we are unable to fulfill orders received in time for EOD shipping. Kind of sucks when the UPS driver has to come back the next day because the app doesn't work.
Great support to set up the app, and easy to use. We had set up the app integration ourselves and wanted to check if we'd done everything correctly. This was easily organised with UPS and helped us avoid making some rookie mistakes in future. What we really appreciate is that this app has been developed by UPS and not by a third party.
We have a lot of different products with different weights and sizes and therefore use a range of different packaging boxes. This is easily set up in the settings, on top of the standard UPS Express boxes. These settings make processing a lot quicker than what we were used to.
Collection of parcels is easily organised through the Pick-Up function and commercial invoices for international shipping are printed 3-fold by default, as required by US and non-EU European countries.
Automated notifications keep our customers and ourselves informed regarding track and trace and delivery, which is a great service.
All in all, very happy with this app. And support is readily available for troubleshooting.
Fast customer support. The app is simple but works great. We use it in orders that require to be divided into more than 1 box/label.
UPS customer support, especially Ruben, has been absolutely incredible and extremely helpful. The support team has been very responsive, providing feedback quickly and consistently going the extra mile. Honestly, it’s some of the best and most helpful support I’ve received!
This level of support makes it easy to remain confident in the app’s functionality and to continue using the UPS dashboard. We are very grateful for all the assistance.
