App is not user friendly. I have had to contact support when I add new products to my store. I continue to have problems with items showing up on my app. The app is really beautiful and I wish it would work properly but it doesn't. I feel that it is wasting my money and time.
Very helpful and friendly! Porselvi was amazing to work with! She was very patient with me being overwhelmed and she guided me through everything in the app. Awesome support!! Vajro is really great! I definitely recommend this app!
I love the Vajro App! I was nervous about getting an app because I have no experience or knowledge in managing one, but Vajro made it so simple. The integration with shopify was super easy, they walk you right through everything. I have yet to use all the features but just the app alone is amazing. And when issues arise, which have been very few for me, their customer service is beyond amazing. They are friendly and quick in their responses.

I found using the vajro app to be seamless. it was very easy to upload my content to the app, and edit the theme, colors, fonts, etc. when i completed my app, i believed there would be a waiting period but i was actually contacted by the vajro team (i had not noticed) who was ready to help me launch my app. the service from the team was stellar.
They were very helpful from the beginning, with very quick responses, and even offered to help us with promoting the app after launching it!
We were searching about other app but decided to go with this app. So far, they are providing good customer service and prompt in action. Excellent team they have. Quick and easy set up. Still more to go and looking forward to good support from vajro team until work finishes. It would be more appreciated if app comes up with looking and working better as we expected. :)
