When I first purchased the app, the customer service was good and helped me set up my app on to my site. I was pleased with the service, so I went ahead and installed it on my second website; however, after they set up my 2nd website, it's been really hard to get a hold of anyone to assist. Suddenly on 2023 customer support has literally disappeared, layout in my store is all messed up, they are not responding any email or giving feedback. Now i'm looking for an option to replace this app that will bring me so many extra hours of work.
