This app is great! Has everything we need and it is constantly updating their platform. Customer service is fantastic. They are always there to help.

Not only is the app very functional, and has helped us with alot of aspects for our webshop. But what i would rather highlight is the support. We had numerous specific functions we would like to work for our webshop, and Swatch kings handled everything without and issue.

The app is amazing; you can change the variant to whatever you like, and also, the customer service does an excellent job, when you need them, they give a good service and help.

When I first purchased the app, the customer service was good and helped me set up my app on to my site. I was pleased with the service, so I went ahead and installed it on my second website; however, after they set up my 2nd website, it's been really hard to get a hold of anyone to assist. I've been waiting for 2 days just for the dashboard to say " be back in 3 hours," so I waited for 3 more hours just for the dashboard to say a few more hours. Super annoyed. Lack of customer service...not sure if this app is worth keeping if I can't reach anyone when needed.

Other reviewers are all saying the support is there when needed...not sure what support they are referring to...because it's not there. waiting for 2 days going on 3 is ridiculous.

This app has been fantastic. It has changed the merchandising on my site 100% for the better making it easier to find things and much clearer on the back end by not having to create variants.

The customer service has been fabulous as well. They are quick to respond and very helpful.
