Variant Image Penguin

There is no option to downgrade or upgrade the plan in this app. The support is not even assisting at all.

This is a ghost app. It is doing exactly nothing. The support page is blank, and no contact details are available. Shopify should review and remove it from the app store.

VIP has an easy drag and drop interface for easy setup and works exactly how it's described (just follow the directions y'all). We recently upgraded to a premium theme and the Eshop Guide support team went above and beyond to help us get the app setup. Overall great app with a support team that will stand behind it! *Edit*
5 years since our original review - we still stand behind this company. The Variant Image Penguin app is affordable, with unmatched customer service to back it. Still highly recommend it!

This app does not communicate with excel CSV updates within shopify. Performed an import for a price increase and lost all the image variants for over 6000 variants. Now they all have to be reassigned individually. We are losing sales and money. I recommend checking with the developer before doing any major updates/imports.

I've been using this app for yeas and now I cannot access it at all. Does anyone know what can I do? I tried from different browsers.

Great app. Works as described. Had an issue with the images loading and contact support and they were quick to make the change and fix it.

Great support, they can customize to make it suit your custom theme and any requests to make sure it works

The app works great and the support team has been very helpful. We are in the process of switching over to a new theme and we were having issues displaying the variant images. After working with the support team, they were able to identify a way that their app would work.

This is a great app for selecting variant images. Easy to use. Great customer support. I switched Themes and they made the transition seamless

I've used VIP on a few stores now and have always had amazing support, rarely have an issue with install but whenever adjustments need to be made they're always happy to help.
