It’s reasonable that the app charges more as you add listings, but the pricing enforcement is aggressive—once you exceed the limit, it can disconnect immediately and prompt you to pay right away. On the other hand, if you remove listings to reduce usage, there’s no refund or credit issued.

I have been using Vela since it was in beta several years ago and I can't begin to tell you how many hours of manual work it saved me. I use it for my shop on other platforms as well. Has been working flawlessly and it's so much easier to use than the clunky built-in "bulk editing" Shopify offers. Not to mention the friendly, fast support you receive when you do run into any issue. Super happy, love it!

Love this app—and the fast, responsive customer service is a huge bonus. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes it incredibly easy to find and bulk edit listings, pricing, and product details. Compared to other bulk editing tools, Vela is far more polished and user-friendly (most others feel clunky, outdated and kinda ugly).

Vela is smooth enough to confidently hand off to a VA or team member, which alone makes it incredibly valuable. We use it daily to optimize SEO, update listing titles and descriptions, create pricing profiles, and manage product photos—all in one place.

The built-in AI photo editing is a game changer. Being able to edit and improve images directly inside Vela saves so much time compared to exporting designs to Canva and re-uploading them into Shopify.

If you manage a Shopify store with more than a handful of products and value your time, this app is absolutely worth the price!

This app is a must have if you are an active seller looking to sell across multiple selling platforms. Editing between multiple stores in one app is a game changer. Vela also listens to their customers which has been evident over the last few years. I have directly interacted with one of the creators of Vela, so customer service does not get any better. Buckle up because Vela will be expanding to new selling platforms in the very near future.

This app is the best way I've found to get into and edit backend information for both Shopify and Etsy. It's also easy to move listings from one platform to the other! And now that they are coming out with importable updates, changing prices will be easier than ever. I also love the timed update feature, I use this quite often to put things on sale - and then to take things off sale again. No more forgetting!

I started using Vela for my Etsy shop and I honestly dreaded how I was going to copy all of my listings over to Shopify once I opened my own store but using Vela made it so easy to copy them all over, especially since my catalog is over 250 SKU's. The bulk editing feature is really useful, especially for photos that are specific for Etsy listings. Support is really helpful and responsive as well.
