We are a marketplace of over 700 vendors with different commissions and this pay out app has made it so much easier to calculate our pay outs each week. The paypal integration is great, but we wish it was possible to pay from our bank account via paypal rather than from our paypal balance since paying 400+ vendors each week can go through those funds pretty quickly.
Thanks for using VendorPayout. I'm sorry for the Paypal limitation. I think they use a balance system to protect a scenario where they may drain your main bank account. I'll try and see if there is another service that will provide ACH transfers.
Vendor Payout by Robert Banh has been the only app I have needed to manage my multi vendor platform needs. From the early adoption of the app, Robert has been very accommodating and helpful. The quality and design of Vendor Payout is user-friendly and aesthetically beautiful. For years this has eliminated hours of spreadsheets for my multiple vendors/designers, hiring additional staff and so has made running my business a walk in the park. I highly recommend this app.
We needed a way for vendors to see their sales and view inventory. Vendor Payout has been the perfect app for this. The developer Rob was awesome to work with. Extremely fast response time with all our questions and customizations!
If I could give it 10 stars I would! We left Shopify 2 years ago for another platform and came back to Shopify this past year, one of the major reasons was the Vendor Payout app. We have over 100 artisans in our store, our model is similar to a consignment store where the vendors manage their inventory - this app is a major reason we have been successful in growing our business YOY. Robert has been AMAZING in responding to our needs and has even developed some features based on our input - a true collaborator.
I needed VendorPayout to support my more than 40 monthly vendor commission statements. This app, and the developer are gems. Flawless implementation, fast response times for support, and they are willing to help customize the app to fit your store. At $30 a month it's well worth it. I spent $3,000 building a spreadsheet in Excel to do the same thing - now that sheet is heading for the bin.
This app saves us a substantial amount of time when paying vendors, and having the analytics portal for vendors is a nice perk. Great customer support as well!

This app has saved me a lot of time to work out payments to artists, great work, thanks for making it. I use it a few times a month to check on payments.
Wow. This app is going to save me and my biz partner SO much time every month running reports, calculating commissions etc... Not only that, but I had some specific needs and Robert not only communicated rapidly and professionally, but he helped to customize the app to meet some of our particular needs!! He is AMAZING. THIS APP IS A LIFESAVER. I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR MONTHS. THERE'S NOT ANOTHER APP OUT THERE LIKE THIS ONE! Customer Service response time is great!
BEST APP if you have vendors/consignment products in your store!! Rob is super responsive and was able to help customize some functionality specific to our business. Better than any other app I have found by FAR!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
