Many problems with this app and over the last 5 months and every time they rerspond to the ticket once and then not again.
They never solve the actual problem.
This time they ignored 400 duplicates created and we actually loose money on the orders - last app bug made us loose $210 on one order.
Support has not replied since we asked refund.

We have seen indeed, that your ticket was lost in many responses. We'll give it priority right away!

P.S. We already noticed that there are no duplicates created in your shop, only duplicates existed (with the a similar product title) in the XML feed of vidaXL.

Their customer support is not the best.
Started transferring products, on 24/6, after 24 hours, only a very small percentage were transferred. I am writing to their support if this is normal. I am told that the transfer will take 24-48 hours. After 14 days, only a small fraction is transferred and it is basically only sold out items, despite the fact that I have set it to not transfer sold out items. I contact their support and get a quick response. they want access to my store so they can fix the error. I accept their request immediately. After 2 days, I get an email from them that I have not complied with their request and if I do not respond within 2 days, they will interpret it as that the issue is resolved. I reply to them immediately that I have accepted their request 2 days ago and can see that no one is logged in from Woosify, despite having access. Now 3 days have passed since my last email to them and still have not heard anything and no one has logged in to access my store. I am writing this review in hopes of resolving this issue. and this does not happen to others who use Woosify in the future. It's expensive to pay for their subscription if you can not use it anyway.

Looking at our conversation, we don't agree the fact that our Support Desk is lacking. There only has been 1 email from your end received and you have received a reply on that within 2 hours, asking for access to your shop to investigate the issue. We have never received a reply on that, even after our system reminded you of that automatically after 2 days.

Please send us a new email with your email address to support@woosify.com. So that we can actually solve the issue for you and be sure to keep communicating with us via email.

Lodged a support request on Monday for a critical issue. Product images are being removed on live SKUs synced via this app. Friday no response. Not good enough, looking into other solutions.

VidaXL had an issue with the product images yesterday indeed. We load them from their CDN and therefore it didn't show in your store. However, they fixed the issue and it has nothing to do with the functionality of the app itself.

Currently the app is worthless. Please do not install before the devs have fixed the bugs that are currently present. Hope it gets done quickly

I can't even get the app started since the support doesn't answer and give me the API key - the first they sent did not work and the app did not work I had to download the app three times. Sad they can't get better software and support for this app.

I think this app is good. After reading all the bad reviews; I was sceptical. However; if you take your time to understand the app; and use the customer support when needed; you will handle this app without problem in no time. The customer support is helpful. The support replies within the timeframe expected. I recommend that you make a instructional video similar to what you offer WooCommerce users. Also a manual. Maybe you allready have it; but I have not found it :) 5 stars.

DO NOT USE IT! Yesterday my ENTIRE product catalogue from VidaXL disappeared! 1000's of edited products, weeks and weeks of work wasted. I had ads running that were sending people to a product that had been deleted! Who pays for that wasted ad spend!? I had the same problem as the person who reviewed below too. 1000's of product prices changed to the B2B price. Zero useful instructions. I had to password protect the site, this, in turn, upset Google and I had my merchant account suspended.

This seems a very weird issue, which never happened before (only due to misconfiguration or use of our settings).

For example unselecting a category, will result in products to be deleted within that category.

This app charges you without asking. You just need to add it and even if you do not open it ever, it still will take your $29. It is not worth it to comment more...

As you might know as a user of Shopify, an installed Shopify app will be automatically charged even if you have not opened it.

If you want us to do not charge, then please cancel the installation of the app and request a refund via the Shopify Support agency.

EDIT: After a full week of using the app I must say it is definitely worth the money. Not only is it a great workaround for the 15mb csv file limit, it also lets you choose which categories you need. Imagine if you had to figure that out in a csv file without messing up the formatting. One small thing though: I hope you'll make the product upload go faster in the future :)

Waste of time , there is no way to start 30 days trial , once you register they will take you to VidaXL site and they are asking 30Euros to Join and Start Dropshipping . There is no need for this plugin , you can directly start dropshipping with VidaXL , Misleading!

Sorry that you feel like we're misleading you.

We - Woosa - are the developers of the plugin. VidaXL is basically a seperate company who provides the dropshipping solution. Therefore we both charge a subscription fee, since we both have done an effort to make a solution available.

However, it seems this is not clear from the beginning. Therefore we'll adjust our introduction text. Thank you for the heads up!
