BEST APP EVER - SUPER FAST - INTEGRATES PERFECTLY - ALL APPS WORK FLAWLESSLY - BEST SUPPORT - THEY WILL HELP YOU WITH FINE TINING YOUR STORE WITH YOUR EXISTING THEME AS WELL! I was at first concerned to install a new app on my stable website. However after few queries with customer support, i was convinced to give it a shot. All apps integrate well and they have good options for editing layout & styles. For the stuff you can't edit (since i am not a developer) , the customer support fixes all of them for you in a jiffy. A big shout out to Zeus, Gary & Michael from customer support, who went out of the way to accommodate all my needs for fixing my product page layout & styling. You guys are the best !

THIS APP IS BADASS! First, let me tell you that I am not one to install an app into my website unless I do heavy research first. Currently, our website sits around the top 25,000 websites for traffic in the United States.

Okay, I emailed these guys for support just to see how quick they might be and BAM 20 minutes later a response. Holy cow! What! 20 minutes. Okay, time to install, boom, I'm in playing with this app and trying out new features for the next 10 hours. There are virtually no flaws in anything I tried although I did decide to do a cart page after the install which for mobile works much better even with the sticky add to cart.

I digress, this app is the bomb, I emailed and bugged support with questions and best roll out options for certain features at least 5 times! These guys are the real deal, responses so good that it almost makes you cry how good their service is. In the end I'm using almost 50% of the apps available. ROCK SOLID! If you have a shopify website and don't get this app well then you missed out on the best app on the Shopify app store, there's no contest! Thanks guys for making my website even more Badass!

This app is ridiculous. I was very, exceptionally sceptical about it because it says it can do so much and at such a small price tag. I enjoyed the fact that from the trial stage you literally had full access to everything, so no features are limited in the free period. I went through all sections one by one and started to get a feel for it. It asks you to deactivate certain processes on your store for certain aspects to function better (nothing sinister, just "buy now" buttons and other cta's similar) - but they always give you the logic as to why it's beneficial to do it. Now to functionality: I though FOR SURE that something offering this much functionality, that something, somewhere would lag or interfere with the shop process. There is no way you can have this many features and not have something go wrong. But nothing... nothing has gone wrong... everything works...! EVERYTHING WORKS. Their support has been amazing as well - I asked some questions about product bundles and they answered me within 10 minutes and sent me over all the videos I'd need to get it done. And guess what? IT WORKED. For those of you reading this thinking "Why is this dude so hyped about this?" to you, my friends, I say that you have not been down the Shopify app store rabbit hole. And good luck to you. Because 10 years, 10 friggin years I've been working with Shopify, and there is not a single app out there that does what any of the 40 that Vital does, better. So the fact they do this many apps, for this price tag - is absolutely ridiculous. So yeah, would recommend.

Vitals offers many useful apps under the same roof which is very handy. I am using a dozen of those apps mainly to improve the customer experience on the site.
And their customer service is very fast, friendly and efficient. Definitively recommend using Vitals.

Interferes with automatic discounts within Shopify. The "bundle and save" feature of this app keeps adding extra discounts that it should not be in the cart (on top of the automatic discount from Shopify). Then when the correct price is shown at checkout, with only the automatic discount, I have disappointed/angry customers.

They fixed this for my previous automatic discount after some back and forth emailing, but it's annoying that I would have to do that every time I change my automatic discount. It's Black Friday, I don't have time for that.

Other than that, it's been a useful app. The reviews feature is probably the one I get the most use out of.
