Have been thinking to get Vitals but the price as a newbie was not affordable, but the features that came with it was something i needed, decided to get it made a huge difference to my store, more customisations than before and its cheaper to have all the apps under one platform and one charge as well. Absolutely must-have for my store. It's an all-in-one solution for many of my marketing needs. Customer service is fast and thorough. Highly recommend.
At the same time, I think most apps served my need well but it's not the best feature on the market yet. I think they will get better overtime.

Definitely understand why it's a 5 star app! All the app functions work without glitching or slowing down my website! I'm using the currency converter, announcement bar, discount goal... and a couple more! I've also been able to customize everything element and widget I'm using to a T! Even if the customizable options aren't available when you're first selecting it, the support staff are readily available to help and do it for you! The support is really kind, polite and professional! If it can be done, they get it done! Thanks so much to, Gary, as well for all the time he put into today to make sure the stuff I was adding come up exactly as I wanted. 5-star service!!!!!!!!!!! Worth the money

Vitals allowed us to add multiple features to our store, while paying for one subscription. Because they offer all of these tools in one app, we didn't have to worry about the malfunction that comes from installing multiple separate apps.

Their customer service is exceptional. They are quick to respond and go the extra mile to ensure that our matters are resolved. The team helped talk me through how certain features worked, provided styling and repositioning coding assistance, they even custom fixed a multilingual display issue for my store in Arabic.
