Well I couldn't have been more wrong, my girl Mihai emailed me back within MINUTES! Vitals is a must-have app if you're running a Shopify store. Not only are all the apps inside Vitals very helpful, but their tech support is always there to very quickly help you resolve any confusion or issues.
I've been using this app for a few months now and have no complaints. Had trouble with the cookies banner showing, but it's good now. Everything works perfectly and saved me money by not having to buy other apps. Highly recommended!
