Vitals is truly the last shopify app you will ever need. They have every feature your store could need and so much more! Plus there customer service is amazing! John was so helpful in guiding me in the process of importing reviews to my store and got back to me so quickly! overall amazing experience.

I would recommend this app to other users because it is very convenient, budget saving, and easy to use.
the support is useless. anything happens, they just ask me to uninstall another app. even a free app can help me when rewrite the code and they just me to basically uninstall all other apps.... and their function is very limited. seems like you have a lot of app, but none get the job done. this is the 1st time i give a bad review....

This app contains everything you need from product reviews, to upsells, to quality of life enhancements for your Shopify store. It's like 50 apps in one. In addition to this value, the support team is top notch. No matter what the issue setting up your store, the Vitals team will always respond within 12 hours of sending them an email. I would recommend this app to anybody starting or currently running a Shopify store.
Even though 30$/month on top of the shopify subscription may seem too expensive, this app is definitely worth it. Just try it out. They offer 30 day free trial so you'll have nothing to lose
This is such a great app, there's so much value for the price. I was initially nervous because some apps that include many different functions are just ok but don't excel all across the board, however this meets the mark for the 20 I have installed. Customer service was available right away and solved my question immediately. Definitely recommend this app for every store, I have a second Shopify account and will be adding it to that store too. Love how you can unlock extra trial days by simply activating the apps!
I would love to see a loyalty program incorporated in the future, if that's ever an option.
Definately a difference maker for a small store - so many good apps to help improve the website and to promote sales.
