Wonderful and patient customer service. I needed extra help with my reviews, and Gary S. helped me understand what was going on with the importing troubles. I was informed on the company's standard for integrity and compliance with Shopify policies, as they are the driving force for why I was facing the problems I was facing importing from Aliexpress. Completely understandable and respectful. I am happy to support the app and their team monthly.
Still gonna use it, but overall, I am already pretty satisfied with this app. Loads fast, last year there were times people message me directly because my site loads so slow, turns out some leftover scripts f*ck things up on my end.
The vitals works together really well. I could give these 7 stars. Saved me $$$$ not needing to install another app

I have enjoyed the features of Vitals and would recommend to others, however at the moment it is not financially feasible for me to continue using it as I will be taking some time away from my business and will be selling less. I really like the options to show recently purchased pop ups and how it can make the shopper experience more enjoyable.
Great app worth the monthly subscription. They offer amazing instant support whenever you need it. You can get any issues fixed within a second or a minute. They offer a ton of apps which have improved my stores appearance and legibility. I guarantee you this is worth the purchase. They even give a free trial for a decent amount of time to understand the full aspects of their apps and systems.
