I had an issue with importing pictures for reviews, but unfortunately I wasn't aware that I need to wait a minute or two for them to be downloaded. Luckily, Kliphord explained me briefly and very well, and he reached out to me within seconds. I'm highly satisfied with this app as well as the customer teams from product reviews. 5!
