Vitals: Reviews, Bundles, AI

Vitals has been a great help in improving sales and boosting revenue. So many different tools inside the app which makes life much easier. The support from the team is second to none. They are fantastic. Always ready to assist no matter how big or small the request is.

This app is one of the best on Shopify, the features are very helpful to a small store focused on the essential growth during the first months of operations. But I'm writing this review because of the amazing customer service they offer! We're migrating our website off of Shopify to a more food service friendly platform. I didn't realize the reviews for the site were stored in the Vitals app. I messaged them right away, and they sent me a CSV with the reviews less than 10 minutes later. This app & developer are definitely 5 stars!

Very helpful staff, I actually do mean that. I asked a question through their chat system in the app and it was amazing to have such good customer service from their team.

They have fast and very responsive customer service. The app is very nice and does a lot of work on its own.

I have been using this application for some time and I recommend it with confidence. I don't even use all 40+ apps, but it's well worth it. The application really helps the speed of the website and does not load it with unnecessary applications and snippets. The support is impeccable, even when I requested a customization about 5 times because I still did not like the position of an application on my website, but each time the support was prompt and helpful. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to change the theme colour for one of Vitals many outstanding apps and when I contacted customer services they got back to me STRAIGHT AWAY with the problem FIXED!
