I've used this app for several stores now and it's my go to app. With VITALS alone I can offer all the features I want for my store and the upside is that they all work well together, and the page load is not affected (85 score from goolge ligthouse and debut theme). That's all great but what makes it a 5 star app is their customer servise! Fast, nice and very professional.
Excellent add-ons and better still, excellent support. Any issue that I have had have been resolved inside 1 hour often in less than 20 minutes. They're that responsive. A refreshing change and I thoroughly recommend!

The Vitals customer support is 10/10, they are fast, efficient, and friendly! They fixed the bugs and glitches fast enough I was still able to work for several hours after.

This app has added several important features to our website, including pop ups, a cart timer, and a related products section at the bottom of the page. It is a great app for boosting sales and providing your visitors with more information about your offers, products, or sales.

The response times are quick and the team are helpful and very good at what they do. They're always on hand and will go above and beyond to help you in your hour of need.
