I have used the App, and I was having an issue with the instant search App. the support team helped me in a very convenient manner. Thank you so much for that.

Great application. Very fast support. Only the price is quite expensive because most of the applications do not need to be used
Vitals is great, it saves time and money for business owners. It takes up less space so your website can load faster. It also introduces you to improvements to add to your website that you have not even thought of!
Is an easy to use app for beginner, combination of 40 apps with great support. You'll find in need of a few apps that fits your store, so will be great if they can segment the pricing to the proportional usage of that particular store to make the app more flexible to different levels of users
some of the functions still have limitation but overall the app is consider not complicated as it come with video tutorial.
I love this app. I am currently using it for my shopify store and it is all in one bundle package. The customer support team is also very helpful. I highly recommend
I can only recommend Vitals, there are many useful applications. However, one thing is missing: a translator in different languages for the entire online shop and the Vitals product reviews. In addition, the live support is excellent, especially Miriam G. was able to give me a suitable answer to all my problems, and in the shortest possible time
I just started using the app, its been great, extremely easy to use and versatile. App support is excellent and extremely knowledgeable; always available to help. The only negative is customizing opinions are limited (colors , backgrounds, etc.); however, I believe the support team will help me in the future to upgrade these options and make the features more appealing for my store. Thanks again for all the help this far!! :)
