Vitals is an incredible app!! The amount of of applications you get is insane and it is literally all you need when starting and running a store! And the customer support is even better to be honest. Installed the app today. It does a great job of walking you through initial setup. I was concerned that with 40 tools, it would be a giant mishmash of settings, etc. But this was not so. It is very well organized.

One surprise was that the 30 day free trial is not the default. It's only 7 days to start with. You have to setup and enable some of the tools to earn the full 30 days. At first, I was annoyed, but then I saw how well they guide you through this, making it easy to take the steps and earn the extra time. This approach was highly effective in helping me to get immediate benefit from it. Now I'm completely satisfied and happy with Vitals.

While setting it up, there was one thing I thought could be done better. I reached out to them and they had a solution in about 30 minutes. I was completely blown away by their responsiveness.
