Excellent customer service. Magaly is top notch, she needs a raise. I needed help with a CSV file and she edited it for me with the product_handle I gave her.

We tried a few review apps -- Judge.me, Loox, Fera -- and Vitals won out. You have control over your reviews, the pricing model is reasonable for what you get, the widgets are quick + look great, and Vitals support has been great. Shoutout to Juan for quickly solving a few quick UX fixes for us. Keep up the great work, team!

I love vitals and it's an amazing app and has great customer support that responds lighting fast. Recommend for anyone doing ecommerce.
I got support in 2 mins, and they solved all my issues quite quick I was surprised the way they solved it. And also helped me with on unrelated problem of their app. which had nothing to do with them.
