I was asking for a complex setup of a feature. The app does not have it at the moment, but Michael J was super understanding of the proposed feature and even went out of his way to have the feature be listed as a feature request. Nice job, Michael J! I'm still on the free trial period, but I've already seen some of the features really working for the store, and even the current Upsell Builder does what it's intended to do. Giving the app 5 stars, and giving CS (Michael J.) 7 stars for the support!
Everything so far has been awesome! Just waiting for support to help with my volume discounts not working. Other than that, kudos to the VITALS Team!

This is the best app I ‘ve ever seen. When I contact to customer service. They are really patient and solve my problem personally.
SUPER CUSTOMER SUPPORT! After reporting some errors, they fix it in a matter of hours! OMG They have an elite team. In addition, all the functions of the application work perfectly together, updating and adding new functions and tools constantly, in addition to accepting tool suggestions! INCREDIBLE, THANK YOU VITALS!
