I was looking for an app to give quantity discounts on my customer and believe me this is the best app for it. In the beginning, I had problem installing the app but the super-friendly support team solved my problem within hours. We had a slight issue in that the volume discount wouldn't work with a shop discount code. I emailed as soon as we noticed the problem (thanks to a customer) and requested help to rectify the problem.
Once I had allowed access as a collaborator to the shop admin area it was fixed within the hour. The app is absolutely brilliant and perfect to encourage our customers to spend more by buying larger quantities.
