Awesome app. Very quick translating. Of course, you want to run over the text to make it your own, but only slight adjustments need to be made. Great and proactive customer service. (Needed to know how to have newly added pages translated. - great support.)

Didn't like the app at all - seemed to charge for more words that I actually have on my website and so difficult to exclude content from being translated. Didn't like the interface. But good customer service though

We are sorry you feel this way but we are not quite sure the context of your review as we could have helped you with excluding the content by just writing us a message.

​We also do not charge more words than are actually on the site as that would not only be counter-intuitive but a scam that goes against our company mission.
​​You have 100% transparency of what is translated on your Translation List which you can even sort by URL or creation date.
​This means words and SEO meta that you are not counting as this is in your HTML source code.

Even I have uninstall the app, the button (which is not functional anymore) still keep appearing on the website, don't know how to get rid of it!

Update: the pricing of the app is outrageous. We're paying 49 Euro for automatic translation to ONE language. Which already seems too much. But they claim that we reached the allowed word count and the next plan is 150 EAURO a month. WHAAAAT?!
50 euro a month for ONE language + half of the site is not being translated since we reached their allowed word count limit... For me - that's a bad app.
Searching for alternatives.

We have a problem Weglot for several weeks. There are translations in all kinds of languages that we don't even use on our website. The translations are added automatically and we are not able to stop this from happening. This makes it a hassle for our translator and messes up our statistics. The customer service is not able to solve the problem.

Used different translate app but this is the most efficient one! Moreover as soon I asked for an help they replied and fix my problem after 2 minutes! Thank you!

Customer service has been excellent. I am very happy with the edit potential of this app. It has been simple to use so far. I have had good help from support for ironing out an issue to do with the format of pricing which changed in the translated version. Many thanks to John for fast response and efficiency.

Sebastian assisted with our template coding issue and placement of language icons in desktop and mobile view. Very helpful and the app plugin is great! We can now cater to Spanish speakers with ease. I would definitely recommend this app and this company to any site needing multiple languages on their site.
