A vital communication as well as engagement tool for beginners and small stores. This is priced fairly and extremely easy to setup. Customer service is also fairly good, there's a live chat option in their dashboard and you can reach out to them anytime and they will help you resolve your issues. I have been using this app for around 2 years in 2 of my stores, this is just plug and play. They already provide you basic templates which you can copy and customise to your will.

Integrating WATI with our Shopify store has been a game-changer for our customer communication! We've seen a significant improvement in customer engagement and response times since using WATI. The ability to automate messages for order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support has streamlined our operations and provided a better experience for our customers. The user interface is intuitive, and the support team has been responsive and helpful.

The only drawback we've encountered is with the Shiprocket integration for order status updates. It would be great if this aspect could be improved for smoother order tracking and updates. Despite this minor issue, WATI has been an excellent addition to our store, and we highly recommend it for any Shopify store looking to enhance their customer service via WhatsApp!

It has worked well for me so far. I got it mainly to target abandoned carts and have a chatbot. However, there are certain bugs in the google sheet API which sometimes reduces efficiency in sending mass communications.
