Zoko and the team has been very helpful since day one, I have already signed up with them for both of my stores. I am able to actively use the app and engage with my customers well. Also love the element where they are open to feedback and improvements of their services.

I stumbled upon Zoko quite randomly, and I've been really happy with their service! Starting with the demo and installation process - the team was super friendly, supportive and hands on. It made the whole process a lot less daunting and very easy. Post installation, the team gave the much needed support to ensure we were onboarded properly and this was really appreciated because not a lot apps do that! We have really enjoyed using the dashboard - super easy to use, we can also keep a track of the chats easily, and have more than one person using the chat! The thing that really impresses me is that the team are constantly innovating, coming up with new features. Anytime we have an issue, they are extremely responsive and their timeliness is commendable. 100% recommend Zoko.

I use this app to integrate my whatsapp account with shopify store. At the beginning I was having some concerns to go for it, because I couldn't see them active in Social media. However after I met the team in an online meeting. everything was clear to me. I have just finished the onboarding 3 sessions which took around 1 month. In this month Zoko team came up with few amazing updates, that to me is a good sign which showed me that they are really active. My best feature 1) Abandoned cart flow
2) Review Flow 3) Broadcasting and Reports
4) Assigning agents
5) active customer Service 6) In chat store - a feature that allows you to share broducts/ adding to cart/ and send them a payment link all with in the chat I hope in the future they will allow us to have more customization in the flows. 100% I will recommend this app for any one who is looking to integrate their shopify store with whatsapp

I have been using this app for 15 days and I have to say it's a really great piece by zoko team. Great job.. few improvements are needed though..but it is still one of the best in the market

Zoko app is very good!
It's helping us improve our customer service.
We liked the most the automatic flows for cart retrieval, upsell and reorder. Customers are satisfied with better service and more likely to come back to us to buy more.
In conclusion, the Zoko team is excellent; they follow you step by step in the account setup and are always available for any request.
Great, recommended.

This app change our operations team world! We've wanted everything this app has for a lot of time, but could no find anything as easy to setup and with such a great support team like Zoko. We got verified in Whatsapp which is a big PRO, and in every step Zoko team was very supportive, obviously through whatsapp! Highly recommend!

So far so good. Reliable and no issues. Easily set up our WhatsApp approvals and templates. What's lacking is a function where we can leave messages or tasks for other team members. The current setup where team messages are left at the same place as the conversation with customers is not good because there is a risk we'll forget to turn on private mode. Would be great if they can set up something like Shopify Inbox (or just integrate with Shopify Inbox).
