1) Further automating the order placement via chat (e.g., specific requirements in KSA are needed like the national address code) which is not supported without manual intervention.
2) Providing more flexible options for pop-up campaigns.

We've had an over all positive experience with Zoko so far . The onboarding team was very supportive and help us tweak things as per our business model . All queries are promptly answered and meetings are set up efficiently. They are open to understand the business model and tweak things around accordingly , and suggest ways to increase the footfall .

Well Zoko team is quite knowledgeable and friendly. The automation flows were quite easy to build and the setup UI is quite user friendly too. Only reason to not continue is low delivery rate of marketing messages and no call recording offered. I might want to switch back to them as soon as they offer more channels integration like email and syncing other whatsapp too.

Zoko is my wings. Fantastic product, its the face of my brand. Immediate customer support thru brilliant AI. Takes care of placing new orders, reducing RTO/fake orders, answering customers queries as far as possible that too multi lingual and escalates only important cases.
Certainly it is a must for all e-commerce brands. Zoko is a perfect ROI tool.
Nishant and team will be the fastest tech team you would have seen, tell them any feature you need they will implement it in a jiffy.

We've worked with multiple WhatsApp CRM's and finally landed on Zoko. It's been quite easy and straight-forward to use. We're also extremely impressed by their prompt customer service, which played a huge part in leading us to continue using Zoko. While there is a reply-to-message feature on Zoko, it doesn't show up as a reply for the client but more like a new message with their text copied on it. Although, I understand that Meta restricts a lot of features to be completely identical to WhatsApp. One suggestion I would also give is to incorporate the reacting feature to messages through Zoko, and also be able to see what reactions customers are leaving on our messages. Would be nice to have it mirror WhatsApp's features as closely as possible. But definitely it's the best, most convenient WhatsApp CRM we've used so far!
We used Zoko for our WhatsApp marketing and abandoned cart checkout flows. Overall, it has been a good experience, and the service is useful; tons of features could be used through Zoko, which requires a fair amount of learning, and that is something I think that can be simplified.
But overall, very good experience.
