It's a nice app, it saves a lot of time. Customer service is very appreciative. Though there are a few features you should add to make it even more smooth.

Apart from the whatsapp blast for marketing, this app makes it really hard to use whatsapp for businesses. Even their newly launched app is lacking in so many features. You cannot attach photos or files to the chat, and you cannot send products from your catalog to your customers. These are all the basic features available readily on whatsapp business. Even tho the app is paid, still there is a "powered by Zoko" on your chatbot! looks cheap. store demo on the Shopify app store is not a store demo! it's a youtube video! so no way to find out how it functions before actually using the app. The spelling errors are not being highlighted and Grammarly doesn’t work on this app. Typing with big fingers on your phone, you will be in trouble!
