Because they supported me at every step in all the processes that seemed complicated to me, and they continue to do so. Even for my most meaningless questions that I did not understand, they continued to help us patiently at every step. The app is really great. You can actively use all the customer tags you use in Shopify here as well. You can use tamplates. You can also automatically find and share your products by integrating them. You can add bulk customers very quickly and easily. Apart from simultaneous free flows with shopify, which the application allows, you can also create flows freely with flowhippo. You can always get support while doing all these steps. Thank you to the whole team for all the help and for this truly almost flawless application. BE CAREFUL BEFORE TRANSFERRING YOUR NUMBER HERE, if you put your number here with them and tomorrow you decide to leave it is very probable not to say that 100% sure as was my case, that you have incalculable losses depending on the use you give to whastapp in your customer service, I decided to close my account and the surprise is that I will be without WhatsApp for 30 days, all because it did not occur to them to tell me that this would happen, the support failed, they did not mind keeping me as a client when every 3 days I spent 600 dollars on Whatsapp messaging, they just told me you want to go, then go, and what happened next?
