Zoko: WhatsApp & Instagram CRM

I recently started using Zoko and its a very useful software. My customer interactions and management has got so much easier as im able to send order and address confirmation messages, in transit and delivery messages, ask for ratings from the customer, and especially the abandoned cart messages - all automatically. Its been so convenient.
