I am impressed that I am able to get my customers to chat with me using the module that accomdates them best. This is perfect for my store and for my customers. I highly recommend this app for high conversions.

App doesn't work on my theme. Reached out to support. Horrible experience. Support assumed I didn't know how to Save settings and that's why whatsapp button wouldn't appear on my site. Ended up deleting the app.

Dear Sir,

this app is being used by huge no of stores and 100% free without any POWERED BY XYZ. over the time we have experienced that issue that people dont save and come to us for help. the disadvantage with 100% free app is limited resources. everyone wants free but they dont feel how we will provide support if it is 100% free to huge no of stores. it might be cache issue.

Works well. They can improve usability and colors.
Page refreshes everytime you update something in its settings.

It's fairly good for a free app -- but what would make it especially useful, would be putting the most recent messages at the top of the live chat, rather than forcing you to scroll endlessly, looking to see if anyone new has contacted you.

While using app my webpage doesnt show products with multiple optiosn, i delete the app and all wotks normal, the app has some code that force web to crash.
