The instructions are messy. Bad translation into English. Setting up is a chaos. No structure. Whatsapp works and now trying to get abbandoned cart to work.

Non intuitive / Non efficient - Hard to set up, I pass few hours on it for approximatly nothing. The app doesn't work well
I am enjoying this app does everything I need it to perfectly. This app is a must have for all. Easy to understand and to work with. I can get around the clock service to my customers using the app and for free!
