I used this app to add a Whatsapp chat on my e-shop. Love the results! High personalization in easy way.
We've been using the Whatsapp chat for about 6 months, and has worked pretty well so far. It has remained free and is easy to use. They have plenty of options to customize the chat. They seem to have some extra features, which we haven't tried so we cannot comment on those currently.
