Where's My Order is a great tool for tracking shipments. The dashboard with live tracking status is helpful because it gives us an overview of where packages are at any time. We are a subscription box company, so we like to track that shipments are delivered before the customer is charged for their next box. The app allows us to be proactive with our customer service. The Wonderment team is exceptional, always helpful, and responsive to our questions.
Excellent app and customer care team. They are always open to feedback and have added several of the items we've asked for in order to better dynamically populate our content and serve our customer. It has saved a lot of time for our team by allowing us to be proactive. Highly recommend!
I used this app to get an understanding of how we're performing with (un)fulfilled orders in a second's glance. It's saved me a ton of time to focus on exception-based reporting. Beyond that, Brian is always willing and able to go above and beyond. From asking for feedback re: what other business reporting requirements would be helpful to jumping in with adhoc solutions in a pinch. Excited to see how this app continues to evolve as it's already great stuff!

Wonderment has helped me with so many things already. We've only used them for a few months now but we've been able to stay so proactive with any shipping concerns that can happen in transit that our customers are appreciative rather than upset about the issue just because we were able to reach out and offer insight and solutions before they even knew there was a delay.
Prior to using "Where's my order?" we would get support tickets from frustrated customers who hadn't received their shipments. Now we are able to see stalled shipments and shipments that don't make it to the customer and reach out to them. This is great because we are mitigating customer frustrations before they happen. The creators of the team are also great. Very willing to implement suggestions that their users would find helpful.
There is absolutely no excuse for not going above and beyond for your customers and providing a wonderful, on brand post purchase experience. So many brands stop putting forth effort when they acquire a customer, but that's when the real work starts. Wonderment has been huge in helping us keep our customers updated with their order, and has always reduced our cx tickets. As a plus, the onboarding is excellent and the entire team is top notch.
The effortless Shopify and Klaviyo integrations are second only to the amazing customer service provided by Jess and Brian. Thank y'all for the copious data points that allow us to provide an proactive tracking experience.

Previously, our customers were left in the dark when shipments by USPS or UPS were delayed and often caused a lot of support tickets and frustration for not only our team but for our customers. Since starting to use Where's My Order by Wonderment, we were able to get ahead of the delay and let our customers know ahead of time before reaching out. It created a sense of "we're on top of this, don't worry" for our customers and they greatly appreciate it. Thus creating a better customer experience which is extremely important to us. We've also been able to trigger new orders from the Wonderment Klaviyo triggers. It's a win-win! Highly recommend!
