We couldn't be happier with Wholesale Club! The app was easy to install and configure. Their online support guide is really helpful, and when stuck in or in need of a custom solution, Emily at Pixel Union went above and beyond to make sure everything was configured to our needs. I couldn't be happier and 100% recommend choosing this app.
The customer support has been amazing. The team have replied to my requests for help within 24 hours and even fixed up small bits of coding that I couldn't do myself. The plug-in does take a little bit of time to get your head around but it does everything that I need it to and it's the perfect option for offering wholesale to my customers without the need to set up a completely different platform.
This app works well, and the customer service is amazing. They are quick to reply to any questions or concerns. I had tried a few different apps in the past, and one of them messed up my website preventing me from being able to display variant options on my product pages. I mentioned it to the support team at Supple Apps, and even though it was caused by a different app from a different developer, the awesome support team at Supple Apps quickly identified the problem and fixed it.
That's just great customer service. I totally recommend their products and services. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
