It took a lot of time to work around the app to get it to work. I'm still testing so I can't say yet. But this review, I give 5 star for the great customer service by Kay! Kay has been super helpful and answered all of my questions very promptly. I always see people review about these things but this is the first time I ever connected with such an amazing CS.

I dropped 1 star because it's pretty difficult to set up the thing and testing took a lot of effort..

I'll be back to revise the review if the app itself fails me. :X

i never used this app and i was still charged, i just want my money back and i feel like im being sent in circles with shopify to get it. Can you help

This app is TERRIBLE - $69.00 a month and nothing works, no one responds to you, absolute WORST app and WORST customer service Ive encountered on Shopify Apps store - FIND another app, avoid this one

I got all the messages, all the emails they did not go to spam, - was just cut and paste of links, never responded to my queries, was so frustrating. Glad Ive deleted this app and will find one that actually works

We wanted to use this app on our website to provide wholesale pricing on certain styles. However, we will not be able to show wholesale only styles on site, another app will be needed to filter this through. We did not end up going ahead with Wholesale Club but their customer service was great and very helpful. (Thanks Rob!)

really disappointed with the features of the app, firstly it doesnt offer customised text at checkout to say shipping rate. secondly, it doesn't offer customisable shipping rates at checkout for customers and for wholesale orders which charge GST as an extra this app does not provide that either, all features of wholesale orders this app does not feature. for the price its really disappointing. its a very basic app, do not recommend.

If you install the app and don't have any issues then great, however if you have issues and need help the support takes forever to help you.
Looking at other reviews for this app, other people are having issues with getting the support to help. I will choose an alternative app for the same solution.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Worst app I've ever used. So not user friendly at all. So confusing even for someone who uses computers for 12+ hours 7 days a week. The customer support is crap. It seems like they just whipped this up over night, didn't even test it, and launched it.

We needed a solution for wholesale pricing on POS Channel, and this Wholesale Club can do very nicely and well integrated. I'm only giving it 4 stars as we originaly wanted to use it for our Online Shop as well, but it does not work with our theme. So we ended with another solution for that part.

For weeks we have sent in request on this not working. We were told you can not tag more than one program to an account. So we changed this still not working. We also purchased their other app for BOGO sales same issues. When are you going to fix this!!!!!
