This is an excellent app for setting up various discounts for customers - highly recommended. It is user friendly and their customer support has been very efficient at integrating and customising it to meet the needs of our store- thanks guys!
I am currently using this app for wholesale and it has been wonderful for my catalog clients i could not thank enough to the wonderful team you guys have and the quick response to all of my questions keep up the great work!
Initially had struggles with setting up the app but received a 1/1 call with screen share tutorial to fix everything. Step by step guide through helped a lot, thank you. This app now fulfills all of our requirements and is a great addition for any wholesalers.
Currently in the Trial Period and we are liking what we are seeing so far. Integration was smooth with a few kinks, but Support has been very quick to respond and address our issues.

Really bad customer service, they don´t help and provide solution with minimum requeriments that the app should have
Hi, we have emailed and called a few times to help navigate. Regarding features, we get 3-5 feature requests per day so hard to build new features into the product immediately without careful planning + QA. (Also we need to take into consideration what will drive the most value for the most merchants ). We are in the middle of a big release right now to make the app perform even faster and help our merchants in the future. Hope this perspective makes sense and happy to hop on a call or email.
Great customer service and they always answer our queries promptly. They're really awesome to work with.
And of course, great app. It does the job very well and has very helpful features like wholesale pricing on manual orders and import/export of volume discounts (life saver when you have lots of products)

We are building out a B2B store on Shopify. We needed net payment terms functionality to support the checkout requirements for our customers. The app has some serious bugs. We installed it on one of our sites and tried it for 10 days. We found several bugs. I spoke with their support staff on the phone/chat a few times and confirmed these bugs. Here are some of them:
- renaming a discount group deletes all your individual pricing data. I lost hours of work because of this.
- A check box in the settings page to apply the discounts to "compared to price" does not work. It continues to discount the sale price or whilesell buyers.
- Individual pricing function ignores percentage numbers entered for each product. It only saves the calculated dollar value. If you change the price of a product you have to go back and update all individual pricing data manually.
This apps needs a lot more work and testing before it is released. Some of these bugs easily could be identified.
