I haven't used the app yet but honestly, I'm already blown away by the technical help and customer service. The tech team and beyond have made life so much easier by setting up the app for you and checking to make sure it won't interfere with other apps you may have installed. They even helped me brainstorm a fix when the Wholesale Pricing Discount app did interfere with an app, which means I still get to use it and felt incredibly supported every step of the way. I can't wait to get started using it for wholesale customers!

Great app, used to have duplicate products and variants but now we just sync collections with wholesale rates and our lives our simplified!

The app outcomes most app I've tried, service is another level, they have online chat that you could speak with their service team right away, shout out to Mehak, she's been very fast on responding my questions and she is a pro for sure, everything solved within hours. Recommended!

It's really good for setting up wholesale stores. It has a lot of options that give you the expertese and function for running a professional wholesale store.
The only slight issues I had was that the instructional videos are all based on what I assume are previous versions, so there are some slight differences, and the appearance of some of the features (such as the customer sign up form and included fonts and colours) need to be neatened up as they don't match the rest of my theme, although I'm sure this can be fixed.
Other than that, we find it really useful for our needs and customer service is great.

We tried different apps and this process costs a lot of time. This wholesale price solution is easy to manage, the support is fast and outstanding, the theme adaption was made very fast and we could start in within 2 working days. Before we installed this app, we checked out a lot other apps but the support we got from wholesale helper was fast and focused on finding the right solution for our problems. 5 stars!

Is slow, in most situations respond within 12-24 hours, BUT when respond ANY ISSUES ARE FIXED. And most important - INSTALLATION. We have customized theme with a lot unique options (how to display prices) and Tejas (from support team) integrated this app with our theme in 100%, so we don't need touch anything. Apps from other developers are installed "generic", so just code was paste and we need customize it. This app was installed PERFECTLY!!!

App looks and works great! Upon install, Tejas helped add a customer "logout" button and realigned some of the pricing text for an above and beyond final product. Thanks for the great service, and can't wait to start selling to my retailers!

We first tried to make a b2b webshop with another platform but found out that that wasn't ok for us. So we went to shopify and found the apps of Wholesale Helper. These are great apps working very well for us. The team is great; they are always very much willing to help and are able to solve the issues we had and customization we needed for our webshop. So many compliments for them!

After 3 years of trying to develop a wholesale section in my e shop in different platforms with no success, I feel i found the right solution for my business.
