Where do I start? The app is great! But more than that, Seth has really gone over and beyond the call of duty. He has taken his time to explain things to me (a Shopify newbie) and even made an emergency Saturday phone call! So seriously.. try and top that! I had previously downloaded other apps and couldnt even get a response via email! Seth.. he called! And on a Saturday no less!

Darshin and the entire team are very responsive and worked on implementing the app to our dynamic website daily until our needs were met.

We made the switch to Wholesale Pricing Discount because our previous wholesale pricing app was causing poor website loading speeds. This app helped fix that problem and is less expensive. This app also allows for us to better control wholesale shipping rates and other features that allowed us to eliminate other apps. In summary: #1 customer service, best pricing, saved us money and improved website speed. Worth a try.

Does exactly what I wanted, and what they promised. We wanted a reasonably priced wholesale solution that can expedite our wholesale orders, but not add an excessive amount of complexity to our store/processes and this hits that requirement. Any features missing or requests are quickly resolved by their customer support with solutions and even custom development.

Poor app. Does not work properly. And does not provide any support. BEWARE of this app. You will receive reply without any resolution. After a while there is totally no reply and no support. & Apps is buggy and does not work correctly. Very bad app & Very bad Support. Totally do not recommend.

You will lose money!!!!! This is a terrible integration. Support for the app said they needed 48 hours to integrate which sounded great. Once they said they were complete we started a trial and lost money on every sale as they prices on all variations changed to cents instead of dollars. We quickly changed it once we caught it. Contacted the support to let them know of the issue. We are now going on 6 weeks. They wanted to bill us more hours to fix it. We agreed yet still no results. Bottom line is it is a waste of time, and loss of money.

We just started using it - but the support has been awesome. My biggest concern when adding apps to shopify stores is how reliable the support will be and these guys do not disappoint! We have a paid theme so a bit of coding needed to be done and they did it quickly and the pricing was very reasonable.

Every time I use this app on a client store, WPD knocks it out of the park! Top-notch service, too - their team has been able to solve every curveball I've thrown their way. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent app for setting up various discounts for customers - highly recommended. It is user friendly and their customer support has been very efficient at integrating and customising it to meet the needs of our store- thanks guys!
