Wholster: Wholesale B2B

Wholster has cut my data entry time and enabled me to process multiple orders in so little time. It's (mostly) intuitive and so easy to use with minimal guidance. but when I have needed assistance, they are prompt, human and easy to work with.

We recently installed Wholster to help with large volume orders. My experience when needing help has been great. They reply promptly and have gladly done video calls with me to help with installation and questions. I see past reviews complaining in regards to being directed to FAQs and video tutorials -that is very frustrating and I have experienced that with other providers. But not with Wholster. Seems as though they have improved in that area so I would not hesitate to try the app out!

This app is working well for us so far, and is packed with helpful features like payments, sales rep access and java/css customization, but Zac and the support team have been exceptional! They are quick to respond, have had multiple demo calls with us about using the app and best practices, and have even made small tweaks so it functions better for us.

The system is impossible to set up for small business owners. Support is nearly zero. I reached out multiple times and all i got is one email directing me to their forum and setup guide. Well, of course i have gone through that and realized the setup is throwing me off. Not for small business owners operating with hundreds of other tasks on hand.

My rating is for Zac. Zac has always been very helpful when trouble shooting my problems. A simple reply from him has helped tremendously! Thanks for the continued support.

Awesome app with awesome service. The implementation of this app was a breeze. Zac was awesome and helpful and always there to answer my questions. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you fully understand how this app works it's pretty simple and exactly what we needed.

Zac went above and beyond to assist with a last min large order request. Thank you!

It would be perfect if it didn't take forever to load... and I mean FOREVER! Many times it never loads and I just give up. I have reached out three times by putting in a ticket and only once was the ticket answered. I can't get my customers up and running as a setting or something won't let them checkout. It keeps giving an error “you have reached or exceeded your credit limit” and doesn’t let them move forward. I have no limits set for anyone. Everyone is pay with a credit card at checkout. No terms.
On the customer side there are items that show 0 available but I don't see it and I have no tracking of inventory on wholesale items so there is no reason for it to not allow my customers to add these rogue items to their carts. I wish I could give this 5 stars but I can't because I am losing customers right now not being able to get it to work properly. I am looking at other options now. I was so hopeful this was the app for us.

We have recently installed the Wholster App and we are very happy with the functions of the app and the ability it will give us to streamline our wholesale business and grow our business at the same time. We have required quite a bit of support from Wholster both before and after purchasing the app, Zac has always responded to our questions in a very timely and friendly manner. He has diligently worked with us on some app customization and he has really helped us to adapt Wholster to our very specific business needs. Zac has been an absolute pleasure to work with through this entire process and we are very pleased with the results so far.

The scope and potential of Wholester is tremendous. It is very ambitious and fills in gaps left by Shopify and Shopify Admin. It offers a Web based independent app that works with Shopify but is available for wholesale customers on web directly. It supports various pricing options for customers and products as well as seamless order generation for shipments to multiple customers. Works as an admin for Pix Gift Ship or MultiShip - but way more!

Support is great! And that is really what counts. Plus, they are always updating and adding new features. If you like Shopify - but feel limited by it's lack of scope give Wholester a try.
