The app's interface is very intuitive and it allows me to customize the return policy according to my business needs.the customer support team is fantastic and Yanet is always available to help me with any questions or concerns. They were very knowledgeable and responsive, helping me quickly resolve any issues I had.
Overall, I highly recommend the Yanet: Return and Exchange app to anyone looking to simplify the returns and exchanges process. This is an excellent app that exceeded my expectations and I give it five stars without hesitation.
Works as expected which for a free app is a WOW! Factor. However, for whatever reason, the app doesn't allow multiple items to be 'Returned'. Admin has to select each item individually in an order and create multiple returns (e.g. if 4 line items are present, each will have it's own return) which is very surprising.
Would have given it 5 stars if not for this little detail missing.
TLDR: Cannot process return in a single ID, if there are more than 1 line items in an order.
