Works as expected which for a free app is a WOW! Factor. However, for whatever reason, the app doesn't allow multiple items to be 'Returned'. Admin has to select each item individually in an order and create multiple returns (e.g. if 4 line items are present, each will have it's own return) which is very surprising.

Would have given it 5 stars if not for this little detail missing.

TLDR: Cannot process return in a single ID, if there are more than 1 line items in an order.

The app's interface is very intuitive and it allows me to customize the return policy according to my business needs.the customer support team is fantastic and Yanet is always available to help me with any questions or concerns. This app is extremely easy to use and makes the process of returns and exchanges simple and straight forward. It has created less emails from customers and saves time with my employees to exchange or refund items. The customer portal integrates perfectly into my template with no problems. Also the customer service is very quick and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. I have never had an issue using Yanet apps because any issue is always addressed customization quickly and efficiently and always willing to go the extra mile to customize things to make it fit my model perfectly. It is always nice to work with a company that is willing to work with me to meet my exact needs.
