In our first few days using Yotpo reviews, I haven't been able to figure out how to do something twice. (I do think the app could benefit from tool tips, guides, and/or other more instructional info regarding setting up/getting started). Both times I used Yotpo chat and was helped very efficiently and effectively by the customer service team members. I am very pleased with their customer service so far. And I look forward to being able to speak to the rest of the app in the hopefully near future.

Great support - quick to assist when there are issues. I struggle with importing reviews from Cratejoy, because my files somehow omit information when saving to a CSV. Support takes the time to fix and import on my behalf.

i did not give this app a 5 star because it's not easy to find someone in support to help you without referring you to articles. For start ups, you might find that frustrating. Don't give up..This app really does have features start up need and that your customers will appreciate. I finally found someone to help

Great customer support - Jo & Ronel helped me out promptly to help solve in issue within settings. Haven't had the chance to utilise app fully, but so far would recommend.

Nick S. was really helpful in navigating review requests and did a great job helping me! There are a couple resources I would like adapted to create a better experience. Sending Test emails needs to show what the actual email will look like to customers.

This app has been great. I wanted to make a small modification to it for when our product reviews were sent, which at first seemed too difficult. But Jo persisted in trying to understand what it was I was after and was able to help me in the end. Really grateful thankyou Yotpo.

it's a great app but the only downside is if you switch platform, you can't move the reviews to the new selling platform though the reviews are still in your yotpo's control panel.
