I had some trouble uploading my productreviews from another platform to my shopify website. Warly S was very patient and helped me a lot to solve the problem. 5 stars for the support!

I've only had the app for one day, but it easily integrated into my Shopify Dawn theme. Waiting for my first handful of customers to get their reviews in to really see how this works. Also waiting to see how the email system works. However, had a great chat with Doner P this morning who was incredibly helpful in answering several questions I had, sending me several links to walk me through how to do things I needed help with etc. Giving 4 stars because it's only been a day and I'm waiting to see how it goes, but so far so good.

Free plan is convenient way to gather some reviews but beyond 50 reviews you'll be looking at absurd pricing (min $5K annually) with no way to trial the premium features. They may be great but I'll never find out since there is no trial.

Primary beefs

- Annoying that prices aren;t stated on an available page, you are forced to take a sales call
- Prices are presented as monthly, but since they only bill annually, I perceive it as a smokescreen to real pricing.
- No trial - If the product is so great, why do I have to spend nearly $5,000 ($399 monthly X 12) to “test” ROI?
- the free version does not do anything I can't do with competeing low cost software, so I would suggest you start with something else rather than switching when you hit 50 reviews

I have very unique products and rarely ever have the same products repeatedly, which means I can't use the widget, which is unfortunate. I can use the SEO page instead, but the formatting is much more limited. It seems every reviews app I've tried would have the same issue so I'm sticking with Yotpo for now anyways. However, MAJOR points for the customer service. Both people I dealt with were very helpful, and even made lots of the changes I requested themselves right away. Very very happy with the customer service.

I have used Yotpo on my website for about a year now. Before I had a place for customers to leave reviews business was lacking in the products sold dept. Reviews are a must these days. Since I started using Yotpo, the reviews have picked up and my business has too! I know its one of the first things I check when buying products online. Today I opened up a store on a different platform and I wanted to keep my reviews, but I could not figure out how to get them to follow my change. After fooling with it for a few days I broke down and ask Yotpo for some help. I received instructions on what to do not long after I asked for help. Well, I still couldn't figure it out. So Paulo wrote back and offered this for me. He promptly fixed my problems in no time. I have to say, the response time to my email was fast, courteous and willing to go that extra mile to help in any way he could. Thank you Paulo!
