I had an amazing chat with Ruzsel J who was very polite and thorough in getting to the root of the problem of our reviews not showing up on a product page. In stead of giving instructions on how to fix the issue, he went out his way, asked quality questions, performed an analysis, identified and resolved it himself. We encountered an issue where users couldn't submit reviews from mobile devices using the Yotpo review widget. The modal wouldn't allow necessary fields to be scrolled within. Yotpo's support team responded very quickly to our concerns. They identified the root cause of the problem and guided us through the resolution process smoothly. Yotpo offers an amazing service with a stellar team that is quick to respond when help is requested! I just got done working with Jeorge Kenneth V who helped me quickly transfer product reviews from a retired product iteration to it's upgraded replacement. I had an issue with the changing the email associated with our account. Arven was a great help and very quick to make the necessary changes.

We also had an issue with linking our new website with the Yotpo App. The customer support was very quick in responding and fixing our issues.

Reviews are the lifeblood of any small business so getting it right is extremely important. And as a small business owner, getting things setup is a matter of doing it yourself. So great technical support is key especially when you don't set it up quite right. Jann M. from Yotpo is a star! He stuck with me over several days to help me figure out and correct connection errors. He was very patient and gave me clear and concise instructions to set things right. I plan to incorporate more Yotpo apps because of my experience with the Review app.

Ian Christian was SUPER helpful in geting our star ratings shown on our product grids. Yotpo emails requesting reviews has also been super easy to use! Highly recommend :)

I've used this app for about two years. I do love things about it but it does slow down free shopify theme versions (I was using the carousel on the main page). I have used the help options multiple times with success but this last time (today) I had Doner who FINALLY helped me to get me exactly what I was looking for. I still have all my reviews but now on a page with a button so all reviews are stored in one place (including on each item page) and my site is already faster. Doner was such a huge help and far surpassed any other customer service member I've had these last few years.
