ive been using yotpo for all of its services for over 18months now. cant really fault the product.
needed service and got fantastic assistance from Vien Saints to get it sorted within 10-15mins.

I had an amazing chat with Ruzsel J who was very polite and thorough in getting to the root of the problem of our reviews not showing up on a product page. In stead of giving instructions on how to fix the issue, he went out his way, asked quality questions, performed an analysis, identified and resolved it himself. We encountered an issue where users couldn't submit reviews from mobile devices using the Yotpo review widget. The modal wouldn't allow necessary fields to be scrolled within. Yotpo's support team responded very quickly to our concerns. They identified the root cause of the problem and guided us through the resolution process smoothly. Yotpo offers an amazing service with a stellar team that is quick to respond when help is requested! I just got done working with Jeorge Kenneth V who helped me quickly transfer product reviews from a retired product iteration to it's upgraded replacement. Jeorge was quick to jump on the task and fielded questions that i had along the way. I fully recommend Yotpo to any business wanting to leverage customer testimonies to boost conversion rate!

I had an issue with the changing the email associated with our account. Arven was a great help and very quick to make the necessary changes.

We also had an issue with linking our new website with the Yotpo App. The customer support was very quick in responding and fixing our issues.

Reviews are the lifeblood of any small business so getting it right is extremely important. And as a small business owner, getting things setup is a matter of doing it yourself. So great technical support is key especially when you don't set it up quite right. Jann M. from Yotpo is a star! He stuck with me over several days to help me figure out and correct connection errors. He was very patient and gave me clear and concise instructions to set things right. I plan to incorporate more Yotpo apps because of my experience with the Review app.
