I honestly cannot believe I had this app for free for almost 10 years, it kept sending review requests and I didn't even pay much attention until recently I redesigned my website. I had Yotpo reconnected and finally got a chance to dive deeper into this app. Reymon was so helpful, and was able to complete my request (when it was still on the free plan) before signing up for the starter plan for some additional features. 5 stars, keep up with the great work!

I have been using Yotpo for my website reviews for a few years now and have been really happy with it. I just reached out to customer service for the first time for help with product images and it's 11:30 pm where I am and I was impressed when someone was available to chat with me at this time. Reymon responded quickly and was able to help me with my issue within a few minutes! very happy with the customer service and that it was available even late at night which is often when I have time to work on stuff like this.

ive been using yotpo for all of its services for over 18months now. cant really fault the product.

Great customer support. It's one thing if the app works, but if there's an issue (or user error) and you need help, there has to be good customer support. Yotpo has that - they respond quickly through chat and are have helped me figure things out whenever needed.

Love this product - great customer service. I noticed an issue with our reviews, Doner sorted it out in under 5 minutes and explained what the issue was so I can ensure it doesn't happen again from my end. Really happy with this service!

Responded to my enquiry straight away with a solution. Reymond was very helpful. I would prefer yotpo over loox as yotpo looks more professional on the website and and they have more features like questions and answers people can go through. making it like a social forum on the product.

Got instant help after updating my theme to 2.0 and getting the review widget and star ratings showing on the website. Shoutout to Reymon N. for their excellent customer service! Easy 5 stars!

We are very happy with the Yotpo Product Reviews and UGC app. There are a ton of customizations that can be made and multiple ways to display your product reviews. If ever we have any issues, the customer support team goes above and beyond to resolve. Today Ruzsel helped me to customize a landing page I was stuck on and had my questions resolved in minutes.

Excellent app and customer service is top notch! Anytime I need assistance the reps are always there and can count on results. Recently I worked with Mitch on getting reviews added to my homepage as a carousel and was having difficulty after following the instructions and when I reached out to Mitch he fixed the issue in less than a day.
