I upgraded to Yotpo for reviews recently. I'm fairly satisfied with everything. I like the user friendly menus. Also, the support team is very helpful. Doner P. helped me out on some issues instantly.

automatically sets to send out emails to your customers. I downloaded the app and then one day later it sent out over 200 emails to my customers without me turning that one or having a chance to edit the email.
