This is specifically a review for the service that I got from John G. over chat - he gets all the stars and all the goodness - he spent over an hour with me going through my list of questions that had been submitted repeatedly to the support email at Yotpo which went silent for a week solid (incredibly frustrating).
So I waited for an hour in the line to get help on the chat and I would rec just doing that because while it took FOREVER to get to him, once John G. helped me we ticked through my list over the course of the next hour and a half and he fixed everything for me and answered all of my questions. There was no having to explain things repeatedly, he understood and he fixed it and we moved to the next thing.
I think once it's running Yotpo is good but the onboarding is significant so just make sure you have the time to sit and hammer all of the details out. And hope you get John G. on the chat!
I had a specific issue and Daniel P. from the support team was very helpful and able to help out quickly. Yotpo and the support team have been great!

Yotpo is easy to work with and I've been able to customize my Review widgets to an extent that I wasn't able to with our previous service. The customer service is also amazing. I spoke with Rhenant, and was helped within 5 minutes. So happy we switched over to Yotpo!

Gabriel S. was such a great help and made setting up the review widget and star rating widget easy. He did all the work and was even able to move things to different parts of the page and helped with sizing and styling. Anything he couldn't help with he escalated to the developer to get it resolved. Thanks again!

Ruzsel j helped me out and was able to do so many custom things I asked him without fail. Very quality customer service.
Everything would have been fine if I hadn't noticed the problems that managers have been unable to solve for a long time. In fact, the support work is at zero level: one says one thing, the other says another, and as a result, something completely different happens. Support may claim something is impossible without providing evidence, and then apologize when evidence to the contrary is presented. Technical support here isn't much help either; they can't even implement simple things. After contacting support, you receive a survey form to expedite problem resolution—essentially, it doesn't help at all; nobody responds. Essentially, what I have here are global issues affecting the revenue and reputation of my store; support doesn't solve anything on its own, they send an email and disappear for a week... Perhaps this review will expedite the resolution of my issues? For now, I'll leave it here.
