Worst dropshipping service ever. It looks pretty - everything is organized and easy to find. However, don't let that fool you (btw, this is coming from someone who was a plus member). Let me explain:

1. I wanted to try Zendrop before posting products on my store, so I ordered a few samples to test them out. They took so long to arrive and I contacted their customer service many times. Eventually, I just gave up and canceled the order.

2. Their 24/7 customer service only sounds nice. Yes, they reply fairly quickly, and yes, they are very friendly, but they don't actually help you fix the problem. All of my conversations with customer service agents went something like this:
They say they'll check why the products are taking so long to arrive and get back to me as soon as possible. When they get back to me, all they have to say is that they've just contacted the sender and that there has been some sort of an ambiguous delay, but the products are on their way. Sounds assuring, the first time they say it.

Bottom line, I think it's a waste of time and money.

Highly recommended. The assistance from the agents has been fabulous, they have attended to each suggestion I have, they are interested in following up and if in the end they can solve the problem. With the request for products from the catalog they are super efficient and fast, without a doubt it makes the experience much easier for novices and Dropshipping professionals will surely find a good ally in them. They are super cracks.

Zendrop won my heart! They support has always been so good, they are available every time for us, and thy just don\t put the problem on hang and delay it, they solve it at one time. And I had a problem related to billing and they just solved it.

Pretty decent app, plenty of options available, also samples are great to use to create your own content.

Just found out that if you have a paid plan, you can ask support to get them to adjust the same place accross all Shopify Stores/Zendrop acccounts you have! Just a shoutout to Ian on the support line who got this processed for me in a matter of minutes!

Also, the app and site are such an easy and smooth experience, along with the Academy available it is very supportive
