So excited to use this drop shipping platform. I recently just signed up and upon using Zendrop, it is user friendly and offers a free trial for those who are skeptic to try their service. I can say I will be here for a long period of time. Thumbs up to the team behind Zendrop.
To me, customer service means working through simple or complex problems with patience, understanding the limits placed on communication via a keyboard. Today JO, was amazing! She helped me overcome a confusing situation for me and trust me when I say, I was almost in tears. LOL! She helped me step back and in the end the solution was simple. But I'd never have gotten to that point without her! Excellent customer service.
Zendrop is an amazing platform for new drop shippers. It has tutorials that will teach you how to work and navigate the sit. It also has competitive shipping time which is very critical for getting sales

zendrop is amazing! very good and we love it! it helped our shop frl. The products are good and our custumors are happy about them.
