Great survey app - extensive and thorough. I use Zigpoll for one big survey this past month to get insight into moving my product line forward and it really paid off. My customers sailed through it and answered every question. Easy to set up. Easy to get the results. I had one little misunderstanding at the end which was quickly handled and explained. I set up a post purchase survey, exit intent survey and abandoned cart survey. All are working good and the insights after just a few hours have been very valuable. The surveys are very customizable. Support was also excellent.
Absolutely fantastic survey platform. Very responsive support team too. My only qualm was the way pricing is structured - per response and not per survey, which can add up quite quickly for longer surveys. Aside from that, 5/5.
