Hangs a lot, doesn't save progress many a times, not suitable for RTL (Right to left) languages

Super app & super support. It's the day before Christmas Eve and the Zipify support team just spent a ton of time walking me (a non-techie) fixing an issue so I can go live with a new product page on the 26th. Can't ask for better...

Im trying to edit the form page so I can add a space where someone can insert comments as part of a form. This is not intuitive just starting out and is not clear where or how I can make the changes I need to.

I wish the video embed codes from Adilo video host were allowed so I didn't have to use a basic HTML block which doesn't format as well for my video players.

Extremely helpful and competent team! There was an issue with the way my theme's code was interacting with Zipify which caused our cart to function improperly. Ash was very attentive and he made sure he had the right people on the job. He had their dev team take a look and they found the issue within the theme's code and applied a fix. This was resolved in less than 24 hours, which is very impressive. Great service, good app.
