"I used this app, and since I'm new, I've only processed 10 orders. However, out of those 10 orders, it quickly exhausted my free quota of 50 shipments, which raised a red flag for me. As a result, I uninstalled the app. Overall, the app's functionality is good, but I can't trust it. If I were to upgrade to a paid plan, I fear the quota would run out quickly again, forcing me to upgrade further, potentially leading to an endless cycle of paying for more and more expensive plans. It doesn't seem budget-friendly at all."

As we communicated by email, after checking, the remaining quota and used quota you saw on the Billing page may have caused misunderstandings. In fact, you have only consumed the quota of 4 shipped waybills, and there are still 46 remaining quota.

This app sends delivery notification email before the order delivers to the customer. Not recommended.

Normally, our app is designed to send email notifications to customers only when a status has changed and the corresponding status email notification is turn on in 17TRACK app by the user. We are puzzled as to why the situation you described occurred.

When importing data from the store, the application automatically sends delivery emails to customers. Also, it is not clear why it sends again. Support wrote "oh,i checked the data,these emails was sent , the delivered should not be sent" and disappeared from chat.
